Refunds
(If you don’t receive your reading)
We’re pretty straightforward about this. If you’ve paid for a Zhoozhee Tarot reading and, for any reason, you don’t receive what you booked as agreed, we’ll fix it quickly and fairly.
First check: the 5-day rule (practical check-in, not a limit on your rights)
If you haven’t received your live or recorded reading (or the secure link to it) within 5 days of payment and no date and time have been locked in yet, please reach out.
If something seems wrong earlier, contact us straight away — you don’t need to wait.
Most of the time, it’s something boring like a typo in an email address, a message getting filtered to spam/junk, or a tech hiccup. We’d rather sort it cleanly than have you sitting there wondering what’s going on.
What we’ll do if the reading wasn’t delivered as agreed
If we confirm the reading wasn’t delivered as agreed (missed session we can’t reasonably rebook, recorded reading not delivered, link not provided, etc.), you can choose:
- A full refund, or\nA replacement / rescheduled reading at no extra cost
If you paid via PayPal
PayPal also has its own refund/dispute system (via the PayPal Resolution Centre) for extra protection. If you can’t reach us or would rather use PayPal’s formal process, you’re welcome to do so. We’ll cooperate either way — but contacting us first is usually faster and less hassle.
If you paid via Stripe
Stripe also provides payment protection and a dispute/chargeback process through your card provider. If you can’t reach us or would rather use your bank/card’s formal process, you’re welcome to do so. We’ll cooperate either way — but contacting us first is usually faster and less hassle.
If you paid via direct bank transfer
If you paid by bank transfer and there’s a confirmed non-delivery issue, we can refund you by bank transfer (to an account you nominate) or reschedule your reading at no extra cost. For the fastest fix, contact us directly with your payment reference.
