This page explains how I handle your information and privacy.

Here’s the core promise up front: whatever you share in your reading stays totally private. 100% private. I don’t share it with anyone. EVER.

My Privacy Promise:

Everything discussed in your reading is private.
I don’t “talk about clients.” Not with friends, not online, not in “funny stories,” not as anonymised examples. Not at all.
Your reading is only for you. Full stop.

Recorded Readings:

Your recording is shared securely and password-protected, so only you can access it.
Once you’ve watched and downloaded your recording, simply email me to confirm.
Once you confirm, I will delete the recording on my end.
That means I’m not sitting on a library of client videos. I don’t want that, and you probably don’t either.

(Quick note: if you choose not to download it, I can’t guarantee you’ll always have access forever — which is why I recommend downloading it once you receive it.)

What information do I collect?

Only what’s necessary - and never shared, or kept

Depending on how you book and how you contact me, I may temporarily collect:

Contact details: your name (or preferred name) and email address
Booking details: which reading you chose, and scheduling preferences
What you choose to share: the topic you want guidance on, and any context you provide
Payment confirmation details (limited): payment status, amount, and transaction reference (no card details)

Important: I don’t receive or store your card details — PayPal processes card payments, so I never see your financial info. Bank transfers only show basic transfer details (name/reference/amount), not your account numbers or any banking access.

What happens after your reading is complete?

Once your reading has been delivered and any agreed follow-up (like the Q&A or clarifying messages) is done, I don’t hang on to your personal information “just in case.”

I keep only what’s needed to deliver your reading properly. Once my service is concluded, I delete what I reasonably can from my side — especially anything that links your identity to the private details of your situation.

Why do I collect it?

Only to:

Deliver your tarot reading (live or recorded)
Contact you about the booking and follow-up
Securely deliver the password-protected recording (if you chose recorded)
Handle delivery issues or refund requests if something goes wrong

No advertising profiles. No weird “data harvesting.” No selling your info.

How do I store and protect your information?

I take privacy seriously and use sensible protections, including:

Encrypted devices, long randomised passwords, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) on all my accounts
Password-protected delivery for recorded video readings
I use Proton Mail (email) and Proton Drive (temporary storage/delivery), which uses the strongest industry encryption — your data is stored in a way that’s designed so even Proton can’t read it
Limited access (it’s just me), and I don’t keep more than I actually need

How long do I keep things?

Recorded readings: kept only long enough for you to access and download them, then deleted once you confirm.
Messages and booking info: kept only long enough to provide the service and handle any delivery/refund issues.

If you ever want me to delete old messages or info that’s reasonable to delete, ask.

Sharing your information

I don’t share your personal information or reading content with anyone, under any circumstances.

Cookies and basic website stuff

Most websites collect basic technical info (like browser type and IP address) for security and site function. If the platform uses cookies, your browser settings can usually block or limit them.
